What to prepare
- The item details you enter when booking: description, HS code, country of manufacture, quantity and the real value. For goods for sale, also attach the seller’s commercial invoice.
- Recipient’s full name, Saudi mobile number and national ID or Iqama number.
- Full delivery address with the city and, if possible, the national address short code.

Medicines, food supplements and cosmetics may need approval from the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA). Ask us before booking these.
